My Story…

My Story

Wellness is something I was born into. As a child, Friday nights would be I’m Amanda - Certified Meditation Guide, Wellness Educator, Facialist, Retreat Curator and Creator of The S.O.M.A Method - a practice that combines meditation with mindfulness, scent, conscious movement, journaling (with the body) and chakra alignment to bring the body into balance  with the mind and the soul.

I support women, businesses and organisations in cultivating wellness practices that are doable and sustainable. Amanda’s approach is rooted in simplicity, offering short, impactful practices that meet people where they are - especially those who are busy, neurodiverse, or seeking alternative ways to practice wellness.

I have opened celebratory events with meditation, been trusted to speak, deliver workshops and be a panelist by organisations, wellness spaces and private clients, such as The Amos Bursary, The London House of Wellbeing (where I’ve led guided meditations at their health clinic and Hampton Court Palace), Oru Wellness, Salsa Furia, and more - with outstanding feedback.  I’ve delivered impactful sessions for local authorities and charities such as Time and Talents,  bringing mindful, embodied practices into community spaces

I MAKE WELLNESS ACCESSIBLE DOABLE & SUSTAINABLE

With short, impactful, transformative practices and alternative ways of meditating for busy and neurodiverse minds…

Having a daily wellness practice offers a valuable tool to foster calm, balance, and alignment with self. My easy to follow programs and masterclasses are designed to meet the unique needs of women and organisations who feel overwhelmed by their daily responsibilities, or find longer and traditional wellbeing and meditation practices difficult to engage with.

Sustainable Wellbeing

Sustaining a healthy wellness routine starts with being honest with yourself. I support you to look at the time you have, what you enjoy, your budget, your wellness goals and how much time you can actually commit to your daily wellness practice. From being time poor, being unable to stay focussed, not seeing the point, to not being accessible for people with neurodiverse needs, there are numerous reasons I have heard as to why people don’t/can’t meditate or have a regular wellness practice.

Individualised Approach

Every wellness journey is unique. Recognising this uniqueness and the constraints of a busy lifestyle, neurodiverse needs, sessions can be conducted in varying lengths, from brief five-minute practices, to more extensive 30-minute or 1 hour sessions.

Where Wellness Meets Realness

I work with you/your team to set realistic goals, that fit seamlessly into your current daily routine, so it doesn’t feel like ‘another task’ to add to your growing to-do list!
