This retreat isn’t an escape - it’s a coming home to your body, your truth and self. Set in the stillness and quiet beauty of the Jamaican hills, The Self-Love Retreat is an invitation to soften, to slow down and to reconnect with self in a way that feels real, grounded and deeply nourishing.
Self-Love Beyond Affirmations
This retreat is designed around one core intention - self-love in practice - not just in words.This isn’t surface-level work, this is about how you hold yourself, how you listen to yourself and learning how to choose yourself without guilt. You’ll be gently guided to connect with your body, through meditation, breathwork, chakra alignment, sound healing and mindful practices - with a focus on heart opening and emotional release. Each element is curated to support your relationship with self, through workshops that go beyond affirmations and lean into real, embodied practice.
Soulful Experiences Beyond the Retreat Space
You will be guided through a series of soulful experiences beyond the retreat space - each one chosen to support slow living and deep reconnection. We’ll spend some time at Winnifred Beach, listening to the ocean, visit a local farm - a return to simplicity, nourishment and another opportunity to BE at one with nature and enjoy the fruits of the land. There’s also a Blue Mountain Coffee Morning and a Spa Experience to invite your body into deep rest, care and restoration.

Blue Lagoon
Blue Lagoon is one of the most iconic spots in Jamaica - a breathtaking mix of fresh and saltwater, creating a shimmering blue pool. We will spend the day relaxing, soaking up the rays and enjoy the scenery.
Winnifred Beach
A favorite among locals, this free-access beach offers crystal-clear water and a vibrant community feel. You can also enjoy delicious local food at the small beachside restaurants.
Explore Day
This is your opportunity to through the town’s colorful markets, visit the Musgrave Market for fresh fruits and crafts, and soak up the laid-back vibe of Port Antonio.
Spa Experience
o invite your body into deep rest, care and restoration. For 2027, a new on-site spa is expected to open at the hotel. In the event that it is not yet available, your spa experience will take place at a carefully selected local spa of equal quality, ensuring your experience remains seamless and deeply restorative.

Located in the hills of Portland - Jamaica, LF Jungle Retreat offers an elevated eco-resort experience, with breathtaking views.
Room Options
You can choose a Twin Room option, which is shared with another retreater. If you’d prefer your own space, choose the Double Room option.

Reserve your space with a non-refundable £250 deposit. Payment plans are available. Please read the terms and conditions below before booking. By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read and agree with these terms.

Retreats By Amanda Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations for Retreats By Amanda - Amanda McGregor trading as Amanda’s Wellness Edit. By reserving a space, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking and Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £250 is required to secure your place on the Retreat.
Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received. A confirmation email and receipt will be emailed to you after booking.
Payment Plans
I offer a 3, 6 or 12 month payment plan, or the option to pay for your space in full. Payments must be made on time, but can also be paid before the due date. If your payment is going to be late for any reason, please notify me in the first instance.
The remaining balance must be paid 4 weeks before the retreat start date.
2. Payment and Refunds
The £250 deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel your booking more than 8 weeks before the Retreat start date, any additional payments made after your £250 deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel within less than 8 weeks before the Retreat date, no refund will be given.
If I have to cancel or postpone the retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund - including your deposit.
3. Travel and Insurance
You are responsible for booking your own return flights and arranging adequate travel insurance. I strongly advise booking a changeable flight option and taking out insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, e.g. illness, transport delays, or personal emergencies.
4. Health and Safety
By attending the retreat, you confirm that you are able to participate in the retreat activities.
Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements prior to attending.
You participate in all sessions and activities at your own risk. I am not liable for any injury, loss, or damage unless caused by my negligence.
5. Behaviour and Conduct
This Retreat is a supportive, respectful, and inclusive space.
I reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the retreat, if their behaviour is disruptive or negatively affects the experience of others. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
6. Changes to the Itinerary
I reserve the right to make minor changes to the retreat schedule, activities, or facilitators if necessary. Any major changes will be communicated in advance where possible.
7. Photography and Media
Photos and videos during the Retreat for promotional purposes – a waiver will be sent out for you to sign prior to the retreat.
8. Liability
I do not accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings during the retreat. Please keep your belongings safe.
You agree that participation is at your own risk, and you release me from any liability arising from personal injury, illness, or property loss not caused by my own negligence.
