By reserving your space, you confirm you have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
Booking & Deposit
A £250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the retreat. Your booking is confirmed once I have received your deposit.
Payments
If I offer a range of payment plans, with flexible payment dates - all instalments must be made on time. If there are more than 2 late payments, I reserve the right to cancel your booking, with no refund.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 8 weeks before the retreat start date.
FLIGHTS ARE NOT INCLUDED
Cancellation by You
Your £250 deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel within 12 weeks of the retreat start date, I am able to offer a 50% refund, minus your deposit. I am unable to unable to offer a refund after this time.
I strongly recommend that you take out suitable travel and cancellation insurance.
Cancellation by Me
If I need to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, I will refund any payments you have made to me, including your £250 deposit.
I cannot accept responsibility for any travel, accommodation or other costs you have booked separately.
Last Minute Bookings
Bookings made within 10 weeks of the retreat start date require a minimum payment of 50% of the retreat cost, to secure your place. This payment is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be made inline with the agreed payment plan. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in your booking being cancelled.
Health & Wellbeing
You are responsible for ensuring you are fit and well enough to attend the retreat.
Please let me know before booking if you have any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or accessibility requirements that I need to be aware of.
Participation
All activities are optional, and you take part at your own discretion.
Respect
I always aim to create a safe, welcoming and respectful environment for everyone attending.
I reserve the right to ask anyone whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate to leave the retreat without a refund.
Privacy
I will only collect and use your personal information to manage your booking and communicate with you about the retreat.
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
