Midlife just happens one day and there is no book on earth that tells us exactly how this phase of our lives is going to pan out and even when we have an idea of what to expect, the experience really is different for us all, but I found the key to navigating it has been relearning who I am now and aligning with her and this now underpins my work with women - helping them to relearn their skin and build sustainable wellness practices that support them through this transition and facilitate a deeper, more intentional connection with self.

The Rest Day - an overnight seasonal retreat dedicated to rest

Limited Spaces - £350 per person
Created for women who simply need permission to stop. Hosted in a beautiful countryside home each season, this intimate overnight experience is designed around deep rest rather than doing.
Arrive in the morning for a relaxed breakfast before settling into your private room. Enjoy a calming treatment, uninterrupted time to read, sleep or simply be, followed by a nourishing lunch, gentle evening reflection and a peaceful night's sleep. Wake slowly the following morning before breakfast and departure.
